Beany Poetry

The bean is already growing up too fast for me. It is just amazing to watch her get bigger and stronger and developing her personality. And what a personality it is. For the most part, the bean has a genuinely sweet disposition. She smiles easily and is very sociable. When she is in a foul mood or is overly tired, she can be quite a challenge.

There is a poem that sums up the little bean completely:

There was a little girl who had a little curl
that lay down the middle of her forehead.
When she was good, she was very very good,
but when she was bad, she was horrid.

It is almost as though that poem was written with that little bean in mind. Except of course that the bean doesn't have enough hair to have curls yet.

This is the little bean refusing to go to sleep. She doesn't look like she has been fussing for the past 20 minutes, but that is what she had been doing.

She continues to lay there and fuss.

Earlier today she was laying in the floor looking in the mirror. She hasn't figured out that the baby in the mirror is her yet. She lays there and talks to that baby in the mirror and giggles. It is super cute.
In this picture she was distracted by the big bean. Nothing entrances her more than the big bean. She already loves her big sister!
