Houses

We looked at what seems like a gabazillion houses today and by the end of the day, they were all blurred into a mess that we sat around untangling. Thanks to the advice of K we took notes and photos and marked the photo numbers on the corresponding notes.

Sadly, we discovered that the two houses we narrowed ourselves down to were the least photographed. We are going back to look at them again tomorrow.

This is the #1. It is called "Cape"

This is the 2nd house that we like. It is caled "Maj."

There was one house that I totally fell in love with, but it was not even a little bit realistic as it was only a tiny two bedroom with one little bathroom. It was more like a vacation bungalow than anything. BUT, it was AMAZING and was located right on the Potomac. It had its own dock and boat house and the inside of the house was so well done with beautiful wood floors, new appliances, tiles, and whatnot. It was just so beautiful. Here are the photos. It is so wonderful! SO SO sad! The land goes right down to a sweet little beach and has a boat dock and everything. I am currently mourning the reality that we can't live in this house. :(

Tomorrow we are going to go and see a nice place with a cute in ground swimming pool. The Husband doesn't like the idea of the pool because of safety for the baby and pup and also the work that is required. We will have to see the inside of the house to decide what we think.
