A Case of the Mondays

I think that any mother probably can identify with my morning. I finally got the Little Bean to take a nap and had just stepped into the shower and started washing my hair when the Puppy Bean started whining to go pee. This woke the Little Bean up and she started crying. There I was standing with soapy hair wondering if the pup was going to pee in the floor and feeling terrible for my poor crying baby who was so tired and just wanted to sleep.

That is how the day started. It is also raining today which makes the puppy bean sad because he can't/won't play outside in the rain. It also means that we only got to take one walk today and Lord knows that the puppy needs way more exercise than that to keep him tired and out of trouble.

The poor husband is working outside all day today and I can only imagine how wet, cold and cranky he is. Poor guy.

On a happier note, we got two huge new (to us) bookcases yesterday and the study is almost complete. I only have a few more boxes of books to unpack and a table to acquire before we are all done in there! I love having my own room where I can read and do puzzles and other dorky stuff like that!

We got the bookcases from Craigslist.com. It is the coolest website EVER! It is basically like an electronic classified ad that allows you to include photos and is updated constantly. We got the cool bookcases for only $40! I love them!
