The Deceptacon

The Husband has recently taken to calling the Little Bean a "Deceptacon." He claims that because she is so little and young, we don't think she understands everything we tell her. But in reality, she understands it all and only pretends not to so she doesn't have to behave!

I don't agree, but will admit that she does do certain bad things and then looks back and smiles in hopes of getting some attention. Or she will walk over to the dog water (a constant battle in this house) and look over her shoulder and smile. She won't touch anything until we react to her, then she will quickly dunk her hand into the water. It is as though she is testing us! I think she is a rotten bean!

This week, we finally got our fireplace working. It is so nice. Between me and the dogs it is hard to get near it. The blanket that they are laying on is mine. I was laying there and got up for just a second. When I came back, they had taken my place.
