Goofy Pics

The Little Bean is changing so rapidly and learning so many things lately that I just can't keep up. She is starting to learn how to run, even though it often ends up with her falling and crying. It is like she has no control over it. She gets excited and just goes faster and faster until she is running and then her feet get tangled. She is also climbing on the jungle gym at the park. Before she only used the swings, but now she wants to run all over the place and climb and slide. I don't know what to think about all this.

She is also making great efforts at communication. She tries so hard to tell us what she wants and gets so frustrated when she can't make us understand. She uses the "more" sign for everything from eat to give me to please. It is pretty cute. She points to the pantry for food and the fridge for juice or milk. I am trying to teach her more signs, but she resists with all her might. Yesterday, I was trying to get her to make the "milk" sign. I showed her the sign and waited until she did it before I gave her the milk. She had a CRAZY fit. She refused to do the sign and just wanted the milk. I think this is proof that she is as stubborn as her father!






Uncle Giant and Auntie K sent the Little Bean this wonderful tent for Easter. It is a big hit here at our house with all the Beans and the Daddy too!
