Things One Does For Their Baby

The Little Bean loves swings and the Granny Gran is a spoiler, so guess who went and bought a swing for the Little Bean. Guess who had to climb a giant tree to put the thing up for the baby's swinging pleasure.

Note: Do not attempt to climb a tree wearing Birkenstock sandals that are over 5 years old. Better to go barefoot.


On our way to tie up the baby swing we had to walk down from the barn and to the house. The Little Bean gets distracted and managed to get stuck around the woodshed where she found a birdbath full of water. She played forever in that bird bath. The Really Big Bean is so old and gimpy that she will lay down at any opportunity. The Little Bean's distraction was apparently the perfect opportunity to relax before making her way down to the house.
