Update

We are still at my parent's place while the husband is out west. We have loads of photos for the blog but are unable to put them up for two reasons. 1 - The internet is down at the house (I am currently at the public library) and 2 - I didnt bring the cable to connect the computer and the camera.

Did you know that at the public library here one is allowed to use their laptop computer and personal internet connections, but the library will not provide power outlets. Each patron must use the laptop battery and nothing else. Strange.

After begging some poor lady and lamenting about my research paper that was due, etc etc, she allowed me to sneak my power cable in and plug up in a research room. Lucky me, but it is still a really strange policy. She assured me that they are working to fix it, but they aren't there yet.

Just thought I would share.

Oh, and the Beans are fine. They are having a great time down here. The weather has been cool and the dogs are super happy abut that. They run and romp and are dreading our return home where they will be allowed to go outside only on a dreaded leash. The Little Bean loves to be outside too and follows the dogs out the dog door and up into the fields. She made it almost to the barn the other day before she turned around to see if anyone was following her! :)

Hopefully we will get the internet back up and I can post more. If not, we will be home this weekend and the postings will resume.
