First Nativity

The Little Bean participated in her first nativity today.  Almost all of the public schools and pre school are affiliated with the Church of England, so religious education is included at all ages.  Thus, the pre school nativity.  As you can see from the photos, Sophia was a sheep.  The first sheep got scared with all the people, so Sophia had to step up and be Sheep #1!

They sang the cutest song and Soph and the other sheep had to run around like crazy.

The song is stuck in my head FOREVER!

1 little sheep on the hill
running around, they can't stand still
keeping all the shepards busy
working till they feel quite dizzy!
work! work! work!

Daddy, Hank and Grandpa were all on hand to see the big production.  Hank desperately needs a haircut and the Daddy took the opportunity to make the poor boy look like a crazed porcupine!
At the end of the play the kids all stayed on stage so the parents could get photos.  When I got to the front to take my photos, Soph decided to make crazy goober faces.  She is such a weasel, a cute weasel, but a weasel none the less.
What a handsome herd of sheep!
Not all children get to do their first nativity play in a church built in the 17th century.
The crazy hair boys!
