Monet Interpretation

As I have mentioned in earlier blog entries, art is all the rage here at the Beany residence.  Sophia came home with this lovely interpretation of Monet's Waterlillies for my Mother's Day present.

I think she did a magnificent job. 

She smuggled her little master piece home and hid it under her pillow until Mother's Day.  Well sort of, she made it until Friday night! 

She was so excited when she gave it to me and said, "Mama, we copied a painting that this guy made."  "This guy," turned out to be Monet.
