The Stateside Beans

The Beans are back! We made it back to the States on the 29th and are here to stay! Hope to post more regularly now but still have a load of admin issues that need to be dealt with. Getting a car, a place to live, etc etc. Sophia is a lot more interested in things than she was 2.5 years ago when we left for the UK. She was pretty sad when we left and she told me that she felt more like an "England girl" than an American girl. Poor kid! Today when we were out shopping she asked me, "Mama, is this America?". When I told her yes, she thought for a minute and said, "America is hot!". Hank doesn't have as much to say yet. He is just happy that there is a playground right outside our hotel. He has been a little clingy and has asked for Nahla. We have told him so oftn that Nahla lives in America that he believes she lives EVERYWHERE in America. Will post more soon!
