The best thing about babies (or at least mine)

This is how she looks after we get back from PT. That stroller is a nap machine!
The big bean lay down there beside the little one with no coaxing on my part. I think they are starting to like each other.

For reasons I do not understand, she always makes a mess with prunes!

Of all the cliches that have come true after having the little bean, I think the best part of having her is the happiness that she brings with her. There is nothing more fun than making a goofy face or a raspberry and watching her laugh and shriek. Even when the shrieks are delivered at unbelievable high decibels less than an inch from my ear, they make me laugh. Wince, and then laugh.

All of her smiles are genuine and her laughs are from the belly. A person can't see her laughing and smiling, and not smile along with her. Okay, if a person can withstand her charm, they are clearly in possession of a cold Grinch heart.

The silliest things make her laugh. She giggles when I hold her upside down. She shrieks with laughter when the big bean licks her toes. She loves it when she gets tickled anywhere.

I also hope that the bean looks like me, because so far, her personality is almost exactly like that of her father. Not only is she is complete snugglebug, but she loves people and will smile and 'chat' with anyone. She also has the appetite of a seven year old and seems to never stop eating, yet she is tiny. So, if she doesn't look like me, then she is going to be a miniature version of her father.
