A Sign From Above?

Today, the Husband nagged and harassed me into going to a shoe store to buy a new pair of Birkenstocks. I didn't want to go, but gave in since my poor shoes really are about to fall apart.

So there we were, in the shoe store, of course they didn't have Birkenstocks, so we headed back to the car. On the way to the car we saw smoke and a small fire in a shrub next to the store. I went over to stomp the fire out, but saw that it was a bit too big for stomping. So, we reported it to the proper authorities and then went about our day.

I am pretty sure that the BURNING BUSH was a sign that I should NEVER EVER get new shoes!

I'm just saying.
