News!! Snips and Snails and Puppy Dog Tails

Things have been a bit crazy and we haven't had a chance to update the blog for a few days. We drove down to my mother's place and have spent part of the week here and plan to return tomorrow.

Prior to driving down with my mom, the Husband and I had an appointment with the OB. There was some concern about premature labor issues, but it has all been resolved. The first bit of good news is that I have been given the green light to go running again! YEAH!

The other news is a bit premature, but everyone (the doc) seemed pretty confident with the evidence. It looks like the baby we are expecting early next year is a little BOY! This early in the pregnancy, we didn't know that it was possible to tell the sex of the baby, but when we saw the ultrasound on Wednesday, it was so obvious that no one could really deny the boy parts that were evident!
We plan to wait until the 20 week scan before we start really planning for a little boy, but we do need to start thinking more about boy names. I think both the Husband and I were pretty sure that we would have another little girl and have been focusing on those names.
