9 Month Check-Up

Today was the Husband's birthday and he got to have his choice of supper. This is what he ate:
1. Two T-bone steaks
B. Two twice baked potatoes
3. Salad
D. One large piece of birthday cake
5. Three scoops of ice cream.

6. Two beers to wash everything down

Today, the Little Bean had her 9 month well baby check up, and was declared "healthy as a horse." A miniature horse. She is doing great and the doc was pleased with her growth and physical progress. She is still pretty small and was in the 5th percentile. But she is tracking along beautifully and is growing at a normal rate.

The Husband went with us, and got to hold her during the exam. Something he hasn't been able to do before since he was away. Here is a photo of him holding her during her ear check. Normally she cries during this, but with Daddy there, she sat there like a sweet little girl.

Today was pretty busy as we are getting ready for our super fabulous very exciting RV road trip that starts tomorrow! It is going to be the COOLEST! We rented an RV for two weeks and are going to drive around the western US visiting various national parks and other places of interest. We will post photos from the trip and keep everyone updated on our latest adventures.
