Our First Parade

Tonight we went to the parades downtown. They were all family friendly on the street where we settled ourselves. It was super fun and the floats were just amazing.
I love the photo below. You can see the little boy shouting to the riders on the float to throw him something. The Little Bean was completely entranced by the whole thing. She watched and pointed and waved to the people in the parade. She loved the lights of the floats and the music of the bands, but her favorite part was the "horsies." There were a number of riders in the parade and whenever she saw a horse, she started screeching and pointing and giggling. It was super cute.
