Nahla Visit - Part Two...

...there will be a lot of parts. Nahla takes lots of photos.

"So there we was" trying to decide what to have for supper.  Nahla thought it would be nice to grab some fish and chips down by dog beach.  She is always thinking about the dogs and how much they need to get exercise.  We loaded all the crazy family into the car and were off.  It was cold and I did not think we would be outside for long.  I was wrong...again.

Daisy was so happy to be out and about.  She ran and played like a puppy.

This is a photo of Cash in his natural state.  The drool you can see hanging out of his mouth was also all over the top of his nose and head.  His ear was flipped back because he had been running like he thought he was a greyhound or something.  He makes friends with ever dog at the beach and plays with all the ones who will play with him.  He is a goober, but he is a sweet goober.

Sophia is almost crying in this photo.  She was trying to bury Daisy's frisbee so her puppy sister could dig it up.  They both like this game, but Sophia was taking too long and Daisy was tired of waiting.  I love the wild OCD look on her face.  It took a lot of self control for that dog to come back to me and wait while Soph took her sweet Georgia time to bury the toy.

Hank is much less into the beach than the rest of us.  He is happy so long as he can find rocks to throw in the water.  He lost his pants when they got super wet and kept falling down.

Not sure what she was up too in this photo, but the child looks as happy as can be.  I think she loves the beach like her Nahla and her Mama.

After a failed attempt to run through the tide pool, Hank was completely drenched and freezing.  As I did not anticipate a long stay at the beach, I did not bring extra clothes.  He ended up having to wear his sister's purple sweatshirt.  He was less than concerned.

Had to take time to play with my Sweet Puppy Baby.

Sophia is running from "The Seaweed Monster." She doesn't look scared.  She loves that game and exhausts me by forcing me to chase her around.

She also insists that I walk into the water with her.  This is why I always bring my wellies.  The child does not feel the cold...until we are heading to the car, then she feels the cold, the exhaustion, the hunger, etc.  But while playing, she doesn't care about anything.  I like this photo because, with the exception of Hank and Daddy, it is a whole family of CRAZY!  Not sure which dog Cash is chasing but they seem to be having a pretty great time.
